. . . . . . . . our entire society is going to move through huge changes in their perception of what learning is, how it takes place, where it will take place, what knowledge, processes, concepts, skills and attitudes are important and how and when the learner will access these. For this reason it is imperative that the second paradigm be marketed extensively and creatively to inform all of society about the benefits that it has the potential to endow on those that take up the gifts that it offers.
